Delivery of Goods
We are a UK store and all our products are sent from our UK warehouse. Your order will be delivered in 1-3 days after placing your order. All orders are tracked and come with insurance up to £50.00. Higher valued items have extra insurance coverage.
We do not send any stock from overseas.
We also DO NOT deliver to the following countries :
Cote d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast)
Democratic Republic of Congo
Federal Republic of Yugoslavia & Serbia
Lebanon and Syria
North Korea (Democratic People’s Republic of Korea)
Republic of Guinea
Delivery can only be made to the address at which your payment card is registered . All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.
All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability.
The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered.
Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time.
Swift RC will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Swift RC shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order. All orders are tracked and come with insurance up to £50.00. Higher valued items have extra insurance coverage.
UK Mainland delivery cost is £5.99
Standard EU delivery cost is £24.99
Standard US delivery cost is £49.99
Standard Worldwide delivery cost is £79.99

Swift RC shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Cancelation of Orders / Unwanted goods
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken.
If you need to cancel an order purchased from Swift RC then you have 7 working days to do so. The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us. The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories. We will issue you a full refund however you would need to return the entire order at your cost if you received them.
If you wish to cancel the order please let us please us know via email by quoting your order number.
All goods will be inspected on return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.
All refunds will be processed within 30 days - it is our aim to get your money refunded back to you as quickly as possible.
If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 7 working days. The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us. The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.
Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.
When we receive the item, our returns department confirm that everything is present and in its in original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed; please allow up to a maximum of 30 days for your refund to be processed - refunds are normally processed faster than this as it is our aim to get the money back to you as quickly as possible.
This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.
Item missing or incorrect item sent
Should you receive goods that do not correspond with of the ordered goods or an item is missing than you should contact us within 3 working days.
